Not a bloody chance

If I can focus for the next six hours, I’ll have gotten rid of a major headache, I won’t be letting anyone down, I’ll be on my own time, and I’ll be able to rest and prepare for a rather good VASFA film I’m acting in this weekend.

Ha! Who am I kidding? We’re all boned.

    Good news time – bumped into [Mutual friend who's appearing in this film anonymously and may not want her name mentioned here, doncha think? Hmm? Using one's discretion?] in the street this arvo, she’s free this weekend and keen to act. She was planning to get in touch with H pronto.
    I promised her a fluffy rug for between takes. ;-)

    There now, doesn’t life suddenly seem a whole lot more palatable?!! :-D
