Parties

I decided to go out for a change and as a reward for… well, doing what I used to do with such ease. So I went to a couple of parties. I like the social side of parties, but there’s a difference between talking to new people about interesting things, and listening to self-obsessed people talk about their narrow lives. Luckily I met a good mixture of both. I also met a friend of mine I haven’t seen in six months who looks like she’s going to be dead by Christmas. Happy times. I’m looking forward to Monday’s Salient.
