Homestar Energy Efficiency Rating

I tried running my flat through the new Homestar online energy efficiency rating survey*. It rates houses from zero to ten, and although my flat got a two, the average house is only supposed to get a five, and you have to be super-rich and an utter hippy to get a ten.

It also estimates that we need to spend up to $46,000 to make the place inhabitable for human beings. Ha!

*Disappointingly it has nothing to do with HomeStar Runner.
